How anyone could walk into a Dodge or Plymouth dealership in early 1968, and order a Hemi Super/Stocker.
NOT.
First off, not every dealership got an announcement letter.
We had quite a few dealerships in our area. Most of them never even heard of the Super/Stock Hemi Program and/or cars in early 68'.

Second off, you had to go through the Regional Office. I'm sure a
couple of them fell through the cracks.
