Are you sure you have the right carb for a '66 Plymouth 383 / 325 engine?
FYI - AFB 4130s is for an automatic transmission and 4132s/SM is for a "stick manual" transmission. Be careful, often times the "SM" carbs are smaller CFM for better in-town driving; especially on a larger car like yours. Don't you have an automatic trans?
If the AFB you borrowed was for a 1966 440 (maybe it wasn't), then it shares the same specs as your 383 AFB.
