I agree with the lack of tear downs also. Ive complained about for years. Very few even care about tear downs anymore and the story I get is the lack of help and an open time frame. I left around 1978 and came back in 1990 and stayed until 2001. I threw out 14 stockers at Darlington at that first race of the year. Several were NHRA cars. It embarred one NHRA guy so bad he quit racing and sold his junk. I usually only worked the National events. Very few points races as I still had to work for a living.
