It got around Norton on this PC, but it looks like the virus definitions had'nt been updated in about a month.
The more you try to get around it's defenses to attempt a removal ,the more embedded it becomes!
I had to format the hard drive on this one and reinstall all the software.
It appears it was attached to an e-mail from our site from a customer inquiring about a used car,and got around multiple firewalls!

got it on my almost new laptop last month, there are ways to remove it, but its not for the novice. Glad my iMac doesn't have those issues
