Purchased from Ford in March 2003 as a body-in-white. Chassis is certified 25.5 (good to 7.50) built by DSL Race Cars and is all chromoly round tube construction w/ funny car cage. Fully braced 9" w/ 4-link, wishbone, and anti-roll bar. Gun drilled 40-spline Mark Williams Ultra-Light axels, Strange brakes, Koni double-adj shocks w/ Bickel coil-overs on rear with 14.5 x 31.5-15 Goodyear's on Bogart Pro-Star wheels. Koni double-adjustable struts, Mark Williams brakes with American Racing Track-Stars up front. Comes with a tubular front K-member and A-arms (currently on car) as well as stock A-arms and modified stock K-member (for oil pan clearance). Currently set up for a SBF w/ SBF mid-plate.
Jazz fuel cell w/ MagnaFuel Pro-Star 500 pump w/ filter and -10 feed line. Dual Optima red-tops. Bickel wheelie bars. Stroud chute. Two glass hoods w/ scoops plus factory hood as well. Complete interior w/ Kirkey seats & current Stroud 5-point harness. JBRC switch panel & wiring harness. Was run with a stick so clutch pedal & linkage are included. Has run in Comp Eliminator but was built to also be Super Stock Modified / GT legal as well - all steel floor, tubs, etc...
The car is in perfect shape and has less than 75 runs since new. Painted in Viper Blue Pearl. Received the "best engineered vehicle award" at the May 2009 NHRA Div 5 race in Great Bend, KS and was also featured in the May 2009 issue of Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords.
