What is a Terrain?
As for the 'air filter stuff", I have seen nothing but more noise and screwed up fuel trims. Gains, if any, would be at WOT and higher RPM. Won't do a thing for what you describe. The systems I have tested on GM trucks, on my chassis dyno, showed zero hp gains. Some will cause lean codes to show up, however. Most make more inlet air noise.

Some computer tuning would help.
