Come on down and buy the 3 acres,beachfront and water on three sides I have listed. Or perhaps a 5 acre, multi-family zoned coast location.
Then, I too can have some money to spend.(kids would get it anyway)
Seriously, if it's getting better somewhere, maybe it will catch on down here.
