When ever you have an issue with spy and malware download update and run in this order:
SpyBot Search and Destroy
SuperAntiSpyware
MalwareBytes
ComboFix

Try to void using ComboFix as all your personalized setting will be reversed to default.. Run in the above order and unless you got a really bad one you generally don't need the last. If these don't fix it you may have to reformat your hard drive.
