Nhra has to consider that the majority of their share holders are their sportsman racer, we are the reason their claiming Non Profit Status with the IRS. This organization was started for the racers to have a place to race safely. Compton and the rest of the cronies do not understand grass roots racing, just like many prevous goverments since the Romans they believe in just one thing," keep them in the dark and feed them fecal matter". Time to rise up plebs and do something about it. I have a lot of respect for the many racers who have decided to stay home, support their Divisionals and local tracks and forgo National events until Compton and the rest of camp followers decide that they better start honoring their part of the contract, and it starts with acknowledging that NHRA need and respect their partners the Sportsman who shows up and continues to pay for overcharges over and above what they should pay. I for one will be racing at my local tracks and will not attend as a spectator any National events, I will attend Divisional events to support the track and racer who put one hell of show without all the clowns like Force and the rest. If racers don't show up, you'll see that the Midway will feels it's impact. I just hope that they feel some pain in Glendora. I will miss my Yearly pilgrimage to Indy but I know that it's my way to stand for something that it's dear to me.CR p.s. X-tech told us like it is.
