Dale Koncens was pull over and run though the Mill for over an hour.
In the end he got a $990 fine for being over the weight of the truck.
Don't quit understand, I always though it was a combonation of the truck and the trailer for the total weight.
However the officer told him it was just the weight of the truck, and gave him the hefty fine.
By the way the truck was registered at 11,000#

What do you guys think?
