If you're looking for a "precedence",I would have to look at Shaws Caddy in U. It's way too heavy to make the minimum but it can "move up" to U because it is a V8.
Maybe a better indicator might be the rules. In general regs. under Ballast 4:2, "Maximum amount of removable and/or permanent ballast, unless otherwise stated under Class Requirements, is 500 pounds". With that being said, I'd say it's good till 3740lbs. plus 170 gives us a 3910 lb AA/Stocker.

If the "number's" rule has been relaxed why is the 1966 D/Dart still legal for SS only......Why can't it qualify for Stock?
