Guys... It's not just Super Stock/Stock that are down in numbers
Look at all the other classes, they are way down too. Perhaps it's the economy and not NHRA's fault. I think maybe the $4.00 (plus) per gallon for gas and diesel have a lot more to do with this than NHRA. If I were NHRA I'd be on here saying; "Hey Guys, we can't please all the people all the time, even when we try so please... cut us some slack"! Personally, I think all things considered they do a pretty good job most of the time. I have things I don't agree with but in light of the big picture it's not that bad so I'm not going to be a cry baby. No matter what they do there will always be some of us who are unhappy. "God Bless us all"!!! (we need it)
