You might check the the metal sticking past the flange. We had to cut about 1/4 to 3/8" off the axle tube off because it was keeping the C_Clip elim. from bolting up all the way. After we did that we haven't had any more leaks. You might not have to cut off that much. In other words measure the depth of the groove in the C-Clip elim. verses how much is sticking out past the housing flange Remember you have to have some of the tube sticking out past the flange to keep the C-Clip elim. centered in axle tube, so don't grind it off flush with the flange .
