I've had a lot of caffiene during a race (soda), or not (Gatorade G2, or nothing), and I don't notice any difference in R/T's. 'Course I'm always running at different tracks with different rollouts, so I'm constantly adapting to whatever's thrown my way anyway. Maybe I'm compensating and not noticing. |
