Yes, I have. Come to find out it was the rockers. They were suppose to be the "all high mighty nitro" rocker which (no names) one of the cam manufactures sells. Chinese steel junk.
I found a set of OEM and did hardness testing against the Chinese rockers. WORLD of difference. I suggest checking hardness. Should be at least 40-45 on rockwell C scale.
