Only $6.84 to fill up the tank.
I went off to school in Indiana in 1968, and remembering telling my street rat friends that Sunoco 260 went for 47 cents a gallon. It wasn't available back home.

No one could believe that anyone would pay that much for a gallon of gas when our usual Standard, Shell, Mobil, Sinclair, Texaco, and Cities Service premium seemed to work just fine.
