Photo looks like the famous "Hot Rod" magazine cover shot. I never paid attention 'til now,but I don't see a roll bar in there. Were they not required at that time on a 10 second car? I was only 15 in '68, but I clearly remember THAT issue as being my first HRM on a suscription,,, didn't have to ride my bike to the store to spend my .50 cents on it anymore, so I bought Super Stock and Drag Illustrated with it instead! I still have them all, plus Car Craft and many others.
