Just got back from there. No there has not been a final rule on what is excepted. None of the manufactures knew what the final rule was ALL of them was waiting on Danny Gracia's ruling on the rockers. I think we will know something the next week or so. They did not even have a rule book there. Also the booth was real small and no was was attending it.
