Default 98 Grand Am Super Stock &/or 69 Chevelle Stocker

Selling my 1996 Grand Am. (Claimed as 98) Need money, and tired of 66 ElCamino sitting.

Engine/trans
1962 327 250/250 fresh in Sept with new block, rods and pistons
Bowtie block .060
BME pistons
Crower rods
Chevy steel crank
Moroso big kickout aluminum pan
ATI damper
Jesel belt drive and rockers
Victor Jr
Hedworth 4GC
CSR water pump and starter
Stainless headers with stainless merge collectors
Turbo 350 with ATI converter

Best ET with this combo is 10.48 in GT/GA at Reading national. There is at least .200 with radials (.08-.10), ice, oil, etc. Haven't ran this "hopped up" since freshened in Sept. Probably needs more gear than the 5.83 also, but only one third member, and this is the ratio I ran in GT/DA,*

One of the best working cars in the country. Has been as fast as 8.80s in SS/BM when Jeff Lane owned it. Car has a wrap on it, and good paint underneath. Comes with spare hood and trunk lid with spoiler for Modified, spare MW 35 spline spool. Has Holley Commander 950 in it also from when it was ran with EFI combo.*

Turnkey $35,000
Less motor and trans $25,000

1969 Chevelle with 396 325/320 fits F, G, H with the recent 5hp reduction.
Best ET was 11.22 in Valdosta, GA in G/SA. Would now be 11.17 with 5 off.*

396 filled block
Eagle rods
CP pistons
New Bullit Cam
Will have roller rockers if/when the rule becomes clear
Heads are fresh with new light valves and springs by Hal Sorensen
Stefs modified pan
Hedworth QJet
Stainless headers with Performance Welding stainless merge collectors
CSR water pump and starter
East Coast alternator
Metric 200 by Leo Glassbrenner with auto 1/2
ATI converter
B&M ratchet shifter
Moser 12 bolt housing, axles.
Weibe latest rear suspension
Weld magnum wheels gold centers*
M/T 29.5 bias rears and 26 fronts
Spare matching Weld rears with 30x9 Radials
Aeromotive pump
Mallory digital ignition
Lots of Autometer gauges

Beautiful maroon paint with black vinyl top. Black interior. Great working, winning car.*

Turnkey $29,000
Minus engine $22,000
Minus engine and trans $20,000

Also available, 396 375hp legal engine. Needs new block (slowed down too much over stock filled block. Either P/W clearances are off, or bad sleeve installation in 454 block in a fast emergency repair). And could use new heads (wore out from too many valve jobs)
CP pistons, and other nice parts. Was in the Chevelle until 2010 season. Best ET was 10.49 in C/SA before new block. Price negotiable...

Chevelle or Grand am needs to go...trimming the fleet.
