Picked up the heads last weekend for $200 ea and have them at the shop disassembling/cleaning/etc.

New bronze guides, 3 angle valve job, back cut intakes, CC them...anything I'm missing?
Oh and how much is a general safety margin on CC's?
Is 2 or 3 CC's enough or should I leave 10?
