I`d be hesitant to use normal plugs in a thin slick, but I have used "Patch/plugs"in slicks before with good results. These are a combined patch with a plug in the center. Of course, tubes are another option, and in such a small size, likely would not add much weight. A 20" tall tire on a 14" rim would have a pretty short sidewall, so I imagine you wouldn`t run the slick pressures very low , right?
