I read where a "person" was incompetent to stand trial for an attempted murder. WTF....if I have this straight, we have people running around on the streets that have a free ticket to commit crimes because they are incapable to stand trial and be accountable for their actions. Shouldn't we identify these people before they kill someone rather than after.....and put them in an institution for the safety of the public....what the hell, we (taxpayers) are probably already supporting them...get em off the street.
