That depends. As of late last year NHRA was inplementing a "bannering fee" for sponsors to have the right to put up banners on fencing at national events. I think it was about a $6500/yr upcharge over and above normal sponsor fees. One would think if the sponsors have paid they are sure as **** going to put up the banners.
