If a Sportsman category reaches quota and spots become available prior to the deadline of 1 pm PST Monday the week of the event, entries will be accepted if the competitor has sufficient grade points at the time of entry.

This should read now:
If a Sportsman category reaches quota and spots become available prior to the deadline of 1 pm PST Monday the week of the event, entries will be accepted if the competitor has at least one grade point at the time of entry.

It got changed after Gators of this year, I pitched a bitch that they had open spots and wouldn't take my money because of a logically stupid policy. I think someone in California seen the light and changed the policy.
