Believe me , buying a RWD car already under the index, for that kind of money, is the way to go.
You don't have to take MY word for it though.
There are plenty other people here that will tell you the same thing.
If you want to go racing anytime soon, you ought to beg ,borrow, cash advance, whatever, 6K.
Then sell all the projects and parts you have laying, and pay it off..
