This should have been handled in private, not public and Greg blew it. All the while the advantage goes to Allen Johnson who is running strong, doesn't have this kind of distraction and looks like a champ even if he did throw a water bottle after losing an important round. At least he handles defeat in public much better than Greg.
I agree that Anderson should not have made the Karma statement during a broadcast. I understand your sponsors request for a picture. However if it was true that it was the sponsors son requesting a pic then there is not a professional obligation for the pic while giving a non-professional pose knowing that it would make Anderson mad.

For the waiting part of Anderson, isn't this the first time they had met in a round since her win? Or even perhaps maybe he just saw the picture like some others did?

I understand tempers flare but IMO it is not fair to say Johnson and Enders actions are perfectly ok while Anderson's was not. All of them had their moments and no one is guilt free.

It's difficult to judge people from their TV persona. Getting to know some of them personally some people's opinions might change(or it could also solidify how they are viewed).
Even on here some people are viewed one way but are completely different once you get to know them.
