I have a 311 that we tested to run NMRA Pure Street with we got a best of 10.35 out of it.. the top of that class is running 10.teens.. and we were testing with a C-4 trans, which we cant run in that class..

the 311 had some harsh rules on it also.. Performer RPM intake, .550 max cam lift..I figure with a good intake and cam.. I can get this thing in the 9's..
