For assistance any time, Rob @ Advanced is the best one out there. He will always pick up the phone or answer e-mails promptly. I sold my McLeod SL mainly because the "tech line" was horrible and at the time, I knew more than the guy answering the phone who would read directly off their instruction sheet and nothing more. My Advanced unit is very consistent! My 2 cents....
