Panel members will include Tom Hoover, Ted Spehard, Dick Oldfield and Joe Pappas. The awards ceremony is held at Vance-Granville Community College of I-85 in Vance County. You have no idea how I wish I could be there especially for the panel discussion and to be able to say hi to Tom Hoover again and meet all the others who I have looked up to for most of my racing life! Jim
