just thinking out of the box, but you would think aerodynamics would come into play with 1/8 vs 1/4 times. In my mind if you matched up a 1955 chevy with a and new model wind slicing body style, match the cars weigh and engine, I think the wind slicer would be half a fender at the 1/8 and a fender at the 1/4. Aerodynamics should be more of a factor as speed is increased, and should the hurt the "shoebox more than the "wind slicer". Don Jackson
