Car was paid for in full , GM dealer held 90k for 8months interest free , car was to be delivered at the end of June , got it on 10/26 .
I liked the way that GM did things. I was able to take my certificate to my local dealer and offer him the opportunity to make a little extra money. I paid 1% over his cost. I didn't give him one penny down and paid him two weeks before I picked up the car.

Gm did not do racers any favors , cars have been delivered out of order
Actually they did help some racers out. They did their best to get the first batch of cars ready for those who would be at Indy. It is obvious that I am one of those guys who was actually passed over. I have no issues at all with what they did. Infact I agree with it. I took photos next to number two while I was at the build site. I really doubt that that guy was unhappy either. Everyone should understand the deal with car number 69.

Gm required that you sign and agreement stating that they were not responcible for any defects in the cars before you got delivery .
Legal speak. I have personally witnessed them go above and beyond on another COPO.

Obviously we both have a different take on this. My COPO experience so far has been awsome.

I will let the other COPO owners tell their own stories if they wish.
