Is this something different that setting the rpm chip in the MSD? I would think that putting a lower chip in will allow you to control how the car runs as well.

I have another question with the IHRA rules...

I noticed H/R (S/ST) is a 2600# minimum but there is no mention of minimum wieght in S/R (S/G)? NHRA S/G is 2100# is there no minimum in S/R?

Not that I can get my car much lighter than 2100#, but just wandering. I dont want to show up at a race and find my car is too light.
