If you look at the Classification Guide, the 1970 Duster with the 318 2-bbl is factored at 15.32 so I believe that would make it a natural "O" car. Of course you could add or subtract from the advertized shipping weight of 2834 lbs (+170 lbs for the driver) and run "N" or "P". The horsepower listed is 185 factored down from the factory 230 HP.

I am sure there are more than a few folks on here who will be able to give you the pro's and con's of this particular combination. I think I remember that the 2-bbl has been a problem, but I could be wrong.
