Yes, you'd have to completely drain the tank, the probably put just a tiny bit of the new fuel in and run it out to make sure the lines don't have any of the old fuel in it, then put what you need in. Race fuel will kill a catalytic converter. Could it be done? Sure... it'd just be a major pain.
Jeremy Preston in FL actually does this with his Corvette. Street-legal Stocker! He's won one in both NHRA and IHRA I believe. |
