Yep it's for a Holley carb too---Fits 66-67 396/427 eng with either the L-34 or L-35 engine-- It has OVAL ports--- This manifold is in good condition needs to be bead blasted to clean it up---- No broken or stripped bolt holes,ears studs etc.... Needs a new nipple for the hose bypass to water pump hose---- $35 plus UPS from Chicago area--- Comp 387
