My inlaws are in Tuscon for 2 months and they said it was supposed to snow.
Fortunately, they are from Omaha....and we are going to get 10-18" of snow Thursday/Friday with more on Sunday.
I think Phoenix still gets the better deal.

BTW...the storm name this time is Q. Very creative.
