Although the specs are similar for the Holley "Black" and the Aeromotive SS, the Holley is no where near the SS. The SS pumps more fuel, more consistently, with greater longevity than the Blue or Black pumps.

The A2000 is an excellent choice also. This pump easily runs some of the fastest Q-jet Super Stock cars in the country.
