Gary, if you have both tracking number`s for the pallets wrong and the right numbers? Every time the pallet is moved it would be scanned, on the trucks and off at the different terminals, pallets are shipped by pallet size and weight, the R&L computer should know if there is two pallets with same number the first time they were both scanned. Did the wrong tracking number start out in same terminal? Tom
