Jeff, they would have to be waaaaayyy up then, because I remember Bandimere Speedway's LODRS June race always getting good turnouts for both Stock & Super Stock, and that didn't stop them from having two bracket classes (similar to box and no-box) at their divisionals, and their class racing categories would've made San Antonio's entries look dismal!
Cooter, when I think of the traction issues at San Antonio, I recall "Jammin Jerry" Emmons not having any problem with it, and the wheelstands he displayed on launch proved it...furthermore, how about Pete Peery and his Calais, I believe his car hooked up very well too???
Jim, I couldn't agree with you more on your comments, and Gary I'm glad you saw the light to what he was saying...I just wish more racers would've seen the light and showed it by attending the Nitro Jam race last year in Salt Lake City (as well as the Summit Sportsman Spectacular, in San Antonio)!

I'm looking forward to seeing how many (more) class racers will venture their way up to Salt Lake City this year, since Nitro Jam (and IHRA), have been replaced by a LODRS (and NHRA) race, with more money being spent on the entry fee, for a similar payout...I don't get it, paying more for about the same (possibily less) payout???
