Is Dick Harrell's daughter still suing people who purchased his old cars and parts and anything else that had his name on it?

Just wondering because Victoria felt they should be paying royalties for using her dad's name on certain things.

I had also heard a one of the people who had one of his early cars received a letter from her.

I knew someone who had purchased one of her father's original tool boxes and used to display it at car shows.
