I digress that I didn't get to tape (yes I still have the VHS thing going on...if it isn't broke, don't replace it!), the other finals, but I feel I taped the best one! I hope you partied hearty, and you and your families travels back here to Az, were so good that now you added some more races to your schedule...after all, you're No. 3 in national points after that race, and are looking really good for giving the other points chasers a serious run for No. 1!!!
GO GET 'EM KAYLA!!!!

Mr. Hampton,
Thank you for your recognition and heartfelt applause towards our win! I appreciate yours and others enthusiasm towards this hard earned and long fought battle we know as trying to win an NHRA National event. This by all means was no overnight success, as 2013 marks my 6th year competing in Stock. This win represents years and years of gaining experience through Jr. racing, bracket racing whenever time permits, studying every round won and lost, studying other competitors, asking what I did wrong or right and how I can improve, focus and dedication, and most importantly lots of practice-practice-practice.
It is a good feeling in knowing that this community is filled with genuine people who recognize others work and talent and that they outweigh the negative nature of the few who create false accusations and claims towards ones accomplishment in order to make themselves feel better. Thank you for your kind words, Mr. Hampton. You are a stand up gentleman.
(PS: To answer your question, thanks to some fellow stock/super stock racers I was treated to the best victory celebration imaginable! There’s no better place to get your first win than in a place like Las Vegas!!)
