I've found the braided-line works best for me. The 1/2" aluminum that I used first was harder to bend properly, and difficult to secure to the chassis without deforming. Just my experience, but 20 minutes, two AN fittings and 6 insulated clamps drilled and screwed to the frame and I was done! And no pesky leaks either!

I also found a easy way to attach the fittings to the braided-hose. It's called a "Koul Tool", and it makes the job almost painless!
