I didn't hear any announcements made about the alcohol cars staying when they called it off on Sunday.
Then someone who lives close posted on another site yesterday that he heard the cars making runs. Was that eliminations, or just people staying over to test? If Monday was a viable back-up option this weekend, why wasn't it last weekend? I understand that you can't control the weather, but it's *because* of that fact that I would've greatly preferred to have utilized the entire weekend that we had available to us, instead of just 5 hours on Saturday. We were left with no wiggle room. Rainouts are always going to suck. That part is understandable. The only thing you can do is try to make it suck a little less for as many people as you can.
Edit - I now see the note on the Div. 3 site about alky cars staying. That was not announced over the PA when they called the race.
Granted, tough to make informed decisions when you have a forecasts that are repeatedly way off...
