Used this system when first coming out with my stocker.
It's pretty straight forward. Just use common sense.
Newer systems offer more control but the real benefit is faster processor.
You need a data logger in some form. Old Innovate LM-1 will work and are cheap. I have 2 and will sell them.

Data log your run: RPM and O2 at least
Use the log to identify RPM areas which match cells in the fuel map. Average the O2 in that area. Calculate a percentage of change from logged O2 to target O2. Change the value up or down in the corresponding cell in the fuel map.

The best thing to do is find a good tuner with chassis dyno in in your area. Only better if the tuner races the same series you do. Run the car on the dyno, ask questions and run the car. have fun!
