I forgot about Mez. pumps being setup that way that is good question,I probaly would talk to tech,but I believe the way the wording is it was to prevent electric pumps/drives,however it does'nt say you can't have one.
The way the wording is I think the Mez. pump would fit the rules,if it does I need to find a pump like that for small block chevrolet.

Maybe Jim Woods,Danny Waters,or Terry Bell will chime in on this.
