2tenths doesn't make sense. I have tested that a lot. Your possibly too rich. Lower voltage slows injector opening, thus leans the car. You can actually turn the alternator off @ WOT with the factory LT1 PCM. It should not change more than 5 hundredths at the very most with the alternator off or on.
