I cool my car no problem have 2 13'' elec fans and stock belt driven pump,just run fans few minutes when radiator feels cool by touch,start engine and exchange water from radiator to block,shut off and run fans till radiator is cool again, my car hardly ever gets above 180 usaully cool back to 120 or so.
I try to cool to a temp I can get to every round.
