I, too, was shocked to see the job available. It will be interesting to see the outcome of all this. Even though there may have been some rumblings about events, I don't think anything was so bad that it couldn't have been worked out. I think being a division director takes a special kind of person. Maybe Frank jr. felt he had bit off more than he wanted to chew??? I don't think you can make everyone happy, but if you make it as fair as possible it should work.
