October 25 & 26th 2013. This is An IHRA ProAm race but with no points awarded. (2013 season will be over) It is sort of like the NHRA Winter Series races and National Opens. Two races, one Saturday and one Sunday, same format as a ProAm. All ProAm classes will be run from Top Dragster to Jr. Dragster. Iron Man trophies will be awarded as well as a larger purse payout in all classes than ProAm races. Both are officiated by the IHRA D2 officials. I am told records can be set (not confirmed).

Saturday night there will be a Southern Stock/Super Stock Assn. Points Race. All IHRA, NHRA, NMCA NSS and MCA legal cars are welcome. You must be a member of the SSSSA to participate in Saturday night's race. You may join at the tech tent. Cost is $20 for membership and $75 to race. 8 places paid back depending on number of participants.

There you have it. Three races in one weekend. Weather will be cooler then and should make for a great and fast race. Lakeland Dragstrip has been completely redone with all new equipment, crew, managment and owner and the traction is the best it's ever been. Jim
