Default Re: My 67 Shelby updates

There is nothing in the rule book about the master cutoff off switch being able to be activate both in and out of the car.

There are many scenarios of what could happen in a crash. Suppose I hit the wall with the rear of the car and the push pull rod gets bent? Suppose I sustain damage to the rear and the switch can not be reach. I think the likely hood of my leg getting over the large side bolster of my racing seat is highly unlikely. I guess my leg could snap and get twisted in a server crash, but with a crash like that I would most likely not survive anyway.

I feel its makes my car safer. I don't have to reach for the ignition if a get in trouble, just a quick pull of the handle and all power is off. Its also great if there is a throttle issue or you just need to shut the engine off quickly. For me, its my panic switch.
